RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can request the return of products within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
If unsatisfied, you can return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags attached, free of stains, physical wear, or damage.

The buyer will bear the costs incurred in returning the product.
In accordance with the above, the applicant accepts and makes use of the Right of Withdrawal, as regulated by the Romanian laws in force.

What are the reasons for a return?
– If you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
– If the product is defective.
– If the product received shows transport damage.

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned!

If the product is defective, it must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. The seller will bear the costs of the return shipment.
If you want a different product, you need to place a new order for the product you want and return the original product, and we will refund the product’s value within the terms stipulated in this document.
The delivery of a product other than the one ordered must be reported immediately. The buyer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, they may opt for replacement with another product or a full refund of the value. If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, the difference will be paid, or if the value is lower, a partial refund will be given up to the value of the replacement product.

REFUNDS

After receiving the return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process the refund. Please allow between 1 and 5 (five) days from receipt of the item to inspect the product; then, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The entire refund inspection process can take up to 10 (ten) working days.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your bank card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Products cannot be returned if used unless the product is faulty or damaged.

What is the time limit for a product warranty?
The product warranty is 30 days.

How do I get my money back?
It will be refunded to the same bank card you used to make the purchase. If you paid for your order Cash on Delivery, we will transfer the amount to your bank account, for this reason you will need to provide us with the necessary information.
